It really isn't on my part to judge anyone by their appearance or ethnicity, but it really doesn't do them justice when one person of their whole group defaces the already negative-image they endorse. Honestly, i don't think of myself as one that judges a book by its cover --- with the exception that i make random remarks here and there but i don't usually mean it whole-heartedly. Okay so there are those minority groups that modern society tend to feel obliged to 'sympathise' for, and i understand 100% that its inethical to judge a book by its cover but after today's mobile incident, i just can't resist writing out my opinion.
Prejudice is an attitude towards a certain stereotypical group, where as discrimination is the action of prejudice. I'm sure we're all in a spot of prejudice in at least one way or another. I'll stop beating around the bush now and just get to the point. Today, me being the clumsy one, left my mobile phone on top of the CPU of a PC in the school library after a teacher prompted me to allow three of her students to access the internet resources so i kindly did so. So Ctee and i moved onto the platform-workspace in the library, and my sudden want for luvo-ing urged me to search for my phone in that humongous country road bag of mine --- to find that it had disappeared. Remembering how i had placed it on the CPU, i returned to the computer to find three stupid girls playing with my phone laughing and giggling and carrying on like a bunch of hyenas.
I guess its because i've always been brought up with values and perspectives they don't have. But it just angers me that people don't have the common courtesy to return something to/ inform a person of authority. I've learnt this the hard way, losing several phones and wallets in my lifetime myself. They thought it was funny that they'd changed my phone wallpaper to three ugly girls. 1. You take found property to a teacher and tell them where you found it. 2. You don't touch other people's things unless you really have to/they don't mind. AND I CERTAINLY DID
UGH stupid girls. I'm angry at myself too because i've made this mistake multiple times. But it just annoys me when people do something wrong and laugh it off like its no big deal. Have some dignity and save some face. I bet you, if i hadn't returned to look for it, i would've lost my phone forever. They were stupid enough, if you want to take something that someone had misplaced, then you put it in your bag instead of playing around with it. Don't laugh. Thank God they were dumb enough not to have placed it in their bags. If they had though, i would've informed the teacher in charge of them LOL. I'm a bit of a bitch. But sometimes, people need to learn. I did.
Rant ends here. Procrastinations is gay :(

Luvo's to the max. LOL 3.2. Megapixel Samsung U700 camera. (which i almost lost)
