“baby you're the best i ever had”
chilled out

I'm sitting in front of my laptop, adjacent to an open window, with nothing but a t-shirt and pyjama pants on and my arms are so cold. I have this bad habit of being too lazy to protect myself from getting sick. Okay, we'll just call it laziness! Hahaha, my mum complains that i'm too lazy to do anything. She thinks that i don't eat in the morning because i'm too lazy to make my own food, whereas my sister is smart because she always knows where all the food is at in our pantry. Let's not talk about food, i've been eating like a hippo for the past few days. I shall now detox my body by eating healthier food. *fingers crossed* Ahh.. it's not going to happen, is it? Not after having maccas tonight for dinner!
Today was somewhat un-productive, but at least it's more than what i'd do if i stayed home. Capped internet is slowly climbing my list of pet peeves. There's nothing more annoying than hearing your favourite songs start and stop every now and then (when it feels like it) in the background while you facebook, or twitter, or whatever people do these days on the internet. UTS library internet is slightly better, but there are occasions when it decides to drop. That's especially annoying when you're downloading a
red pack from
http://www.djweetart.com/ (YES, SHAMELESS ADVERTISING!). I swear i tried to download the 96mb pack at least 5 times today, only to be disappointed when the % stopped. It was on 77% for quite a while, when i went to get coffee with the girlies.
I've got quite a bit to read over in the following week and a bit. Exams are just around the corner (a week and a bit, to be precise), and there are hints of party plans here and there. But what's the use of partying, if you fail at life (read: uni). Well... uni is my life right now. That's if you don't count my slave labour of a job at Diva. I like working in retail, but i won't lie - i'm not all that enthusiastic about it. Speaking of work, i got called this morning on the train by my regional manager telling me that i'll be opening tomorrow at Harbourside. She gave me an 8 hour shift, at a store that i was semi-banned at.
I'm trying to get my priorities right. Initially, transmission was a definite 'yes' on my agenda. But I realised today that my final exams are slowly creeping up into the (very) near future. So i guess i'm forced to forfeit, and hit the books instead. Well, Leann. Just think of it as +120$, another 120$ to spend on clothes! FOOD! ... PARTYING!... after exams, of course.
Anyways, I'll end things here now, and head off to lala-land! (*) I'll leave you guys with two of the trillion lag-cam photos my dear Cynthia and I took today in our lengthy study day.
Do excuse the eyebags and the tired look i sport, i haven't been getting sufficient sleep.pic here and here
